Patients/Appointments

To book an appointment please call, fax or email via our contact page.

We endeavour to see all patients as quickly as possible. Where possible we will arrange same day imaging. Any procedures such as injections are also carried out where possible on the same day as your initial consultation.

FAQs

What can I expect on the day of my appointment?

All consultations involve examination, reviewing of imaging and reports, diagnosis and treatment plan. Where appropriate an intervention may be performed on the day or at a later, more suitable date.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

You should bring all relevant previous history with you on the day. This may include x-ray or MRI imaging and reports and relevant medical notes.

Your consultation will usually include a thorough clinical examination, please have a pair of shorts and runners with you (if applicable).

Consultation Fees

Consultation fee will be confirmed to you in advance of your appointment.

It is not possible to collect payment directly from your Health Insurer for any consultation fees. Depending on your cover you may be entitled to claim a portion of the consultation fee afterwards from your insurer however this is a matter entirely between each patient and their health insurer.

MRI Fee

Any radiological or other investigations required will be arranged at the facility/hospital where you are covered. However we would advise you to check in advance if these are being arranged as we cannot provide any indemnity with regard to same.

Injections

If you have health insurance then we can submit a claim to your Health Insurer to cover this cost. If you do not have health insurance there is a charge involved for the drugs/procedure on the day.
